This laboratory conducts research concerning the development and evaluation of both diagnostic and remediation procedures to overcome disablements associated with hearing loss.
The HARL has a history of producing leading research designed to improve hearing aid fitting, measure the outcome of audiological rehabilitation, and develop tools for facilitating such rehabilitation.
We believe in the power of brainstorming. Our research team effectively collaborates to produce valuable research that we could not create on our own.
The HARL has a state of the art laboratory and access to an anechoic space. We often collaborate with hearing health care practitioners both locally and across the United States.
If you are interested in participating in research at the HARL, please contact us. Or, if you have participated with us before and want to drop us a line, we would love to hear from you!
