Consumer Technology Association (CTA) ANSI/PSAP Worksheet

What is it?

The CTA ANSI/PSAP worksheet was developed in the HARL to help researchers and clinicians verify whether an OTC/PSAP device meets CTA standards. Once ANSI test results for the device are entered in this worksheet, it auto calculates the required values for us.

How do I get it?

Use the link provided under “CTA/PSAP Worksheet” to download the excel template to your computer. There are two versions of the template available, one of which is macro-enabled. You can also download the instructions and follow the steps to use the templates.

How do I use it?

Formulas are pre-set in the template and upon entering the output values from the ANSI test results, the average REAR, frequency cutoff level, and bandwidth will automatically appear. See instructions for more details.

NOTE: When you download the macro-enabled template, do not change the file name or names of the sheets in the file. The macro codes will not work if you make any changes to these names.
